Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless a fault or problem has been discovered with the item. If you change your mind about an item that you have bought, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase, and you will receive an in store voucher or an online voucher for the value of the item. If you are based outwith the UK, please contact us to discuss your order so we can give you accurate shipping costs. Please check the item description or get in touch if you are unsure. Please note: Some items may not be shipped out-with Shetland.

Our delivery charge throughout the United Kingdom is £3.50 per order. Orders to addresses in Shetland are delivered either by our own van or by a local courier and are FREE OF CHARGE. Simply select 'Click and Collect' during the checkout process and let us know the day you will be picking up your order, and we will have it ready for you. We offer a click and collect service for those who prefer to pick up their order from our store in Lerwick.
